De locatie is een beetje in het midden van stavanger en sandness. Maar het personeel is vriendelijk. Het is een goede keuze als het op de prijs aankomt.

Our train was several hours late and we didn’t arrive until 22:30, but the manager responded to our messages and reassured us that he would be available when we arrived. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast that we purchased was very good. You can’t beat the price!

De kamer was redelijk bevredigend en de service was zeer goed. Ze lieten geregistreerde leden proactief weten dat het ontbijt gratis zou zijn, dus moesten we de kosten voor het ontbijt voor drie personen betalen.
Het vervoer is erg handig, tegenover het Centraal Station, zeer dicht bij de cruisehaven en ook zeer dicht bij het lijn 2-station van de cruisehaven in de voorsteden. De bus naar de luchthaven stopt erg handig tegenover het hotel, en de bus naar Preekstoelrots stopt ook voor het hotel. Aanbevolen accommodatie.
Het ontbijt is een normaal continentaal ontbijt, dat in elk hotel vergelijkbaar is.
Biedt opslagdiensten, helpt vooral proactief met bagage en controleert zorgvuldig.

Mooi hotel, mooie locatie. Beetje victoriaanse stijl. Stijlvol. Het hotel ligt aan een drukke weg, maar de kamers zijn goed geïsoleerd. De prijzen zijn hoog, en dat is op zich prima, maar dan zou je wel verwachten dat de alles perfect is, zoals bv. de wifi. Helaas. En zo zijn er nog enkele kleine details, waardoor de prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding toch een tikkie scheef is..

This is my 2nd time at Scandic Haugesund. Everything is ok but I wish that their breakfast can improve. The location is the city centre so it’s pretty convenient with nice restaurant all around.

Het hotel is heel eenvoudig en schoon. Er is een betaalde parkeerplaats aan de deur, maar het is heel gemakkelijk, vooral als hij en het ziekenhuis meegedeeld hebben naar de stal. Maar de lift heeft een schema nodig om te starten, dus het is veilig. Het eerste verdieping is eenvoudig restaurant en de verkoopafdeling ook handig, niet ver van de stad, dus we hebben de stadsstraat ook handig.

Das Hotel war sehr Nah in der Innenstadt. Einmal üner die Straße und man ist schon an der schönen Kirche und am Stadtsee.
Es war ein wenig hrllhörig aber es war sehr gemütlich und sauber und das Frühstück war wirklich gut. Es war besser als ich es für mich vorgestellt hatte.

AAnonymous UserWe chose this hotel primarily for its convenient location near the ferry terminal and airport, with ample free parking. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly, offering us a late check-out, which we appreciated. Our room was very quiet, with a lovely ocean view, far from the restaurant and conference halls. However, the room itself was quite dated, different from the photos shown on the website, and the bathroom was cramped, with little legroom when using the toilet. The room was also very hot in late September. No fan in the room. We had to leave the window open overnight. The breakfast buffet had a good selection with decent variety. Despite the excellent location, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again due to the room’s discomfort.

BBurgessBreakfast was great and we liked our room. However, less than 24 hours after we checked out, I realized I’d forgotten my new North Face jacket in the closet in our hotel room. I called the hotel and they told me to email a picture of the jacket, which I immediately did. Since we were still in the area, we returned to the hotel. The ladies at the front desk said my jacket had been found and they were just trying to locate it and asked us to wait. We waited for an hour. They said they couldn’t find my jacket. Several of the ladies contradicted each other each time we asked them what was going on and why it was taking so long. They finally said the jacket couldn’t be located. They were supposed to follow up and tell me what they would do to make this right. The hotel never followed up. One of their employees called and said the hotel wasn’t going to do anything about it and told me she was calling from her personal phone. Sadly, there are some dishonest employees working at this hotel and someone took my brand new jacket that I’d only worn once since I bought it that week.

OOn Yu SuenThe hotel is very close to the bus stations, some good restaurants and also the tourist spots! The room is clean and tidy. The cleaning soap and shampoo are provided. And the breakfast has lots of choices. The sauna is great place to relax. Highly recommend!!

NNicholas Jeremyafter 3pm there is no one manning the reception. if you arrive late due to your road trip having some delays, do not fret. call them using the TRIP app instead of your mobile (if you are a foreigner with a overseas service provider) to avoid roaming costs.
We had an issue with the book in, but all settled when we reached the professional service desk who was good with English and they guided us through the check in process.

实实事求是滴看世界Good location: very close to the Fiskepiren pier to the Mission Stone and the airport bus. In the old town, so walking to the sights are within a few hundred meters. Soundproofing is good, very quiet, with a fridge and a kettle. The breakfast was too rich and there was salmon. This price is really cost-effective in Norway.

I also had dinner at the restaurant, which was really good. Service at the restaurant didn't match the level of the cousine.

The front desk was very attentive and patiently answered my numerous questions, especially regarding transportation to attractions and the airport shuttle bus pick-up location. Besides the room and attentive service, the hotel's overall appeal was its generous breakfast and prime location. The bus to Preikestolen and the airport shuttle are both within easy reach. You can ask the front desk for detailed ticket purchase and boarding instructions; they were very friendly and patient. I also forgot to mention that they offer a 24-hour coffee machine and complimentary soda water. Turn right after the front desk, and of course, there's no coffee machine or kettle in the room.
