Splendid lobby on 13/F with best view in the town, convenient parking facility connecting to the hotel at a reasonable price ¥1,100 overnight, close to shops and train station, buffet breakfast with quality. Just need to ask for coffee set at reception, not provided in room and only have chopsticks in restaurant.

Kanaya Hotel is een hotel waar ik altijd al naartoe wilde. U kunt meer te weten komen over de geschiedenis van het hotel door een rondleiding door het hotel te volgen. Met name het ontbijtservies wordt met zorg en oog voor detail gemaakt en ook de bediening is zeer attent.

Standard exterior and interior design of Fairfield Hotels in all around Japan, that is guest friendly and more sustainable, no gym, restaurant and bar but you can cook frozen food by microwave. Room is not big but good enough for sleeping and rest. Their idea is offering rest place for people likes hiking and natural trails.

ゴルフの前泊で利用しました。 高速インターから近く、佐野アウトレットから車で3分くらいです。 近くにはコンビニもあるので立地はいいと思います。 アメニティは最小限のものだけです。 お部屋にお水やコーヒー、ティーパックなどはないので 飲み物などは買って行かれるのをオススメします。 (一応自動販売機はありますが割高なので) 小さいですが大浴場がありゆっくり出来ました。

This is an excellent location with ample paid parking around, there are cheaper overnight parking around slightly further down from the hotel's partner parking lots. Rooms were small and cozy with everything you need, staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. The bathroom however is rather small and not suitable for elderly. The free breakfast provided in the lounge area is a variety of pastries and breads, you can take one to go as well.

De locatie van het hotel is onverslaanbaar, u kunt op loopafstand naar twee heiligdommen en een tempel gaan. Er rijdt een gratis bus naar Ninja Village voor de deur. Het personeel bij de receptie informeerde ons enthousiast en zorgvuldig over de vervoerswijzen naar Huayan Falls, en het hotel beschikt ook over een shuttlebus. Super aanbevolen.

De locatie is goed, met uitzicht op het Chuzenji-meer. Stap gewoon uit bij station nr. 28 en loop een paar stappen. Het diner was goed. Het ontbijt was een buffet met relatief weinig variaties, maar het was nog steeds vullend. De kamer is vrij groot, maar helaas is het raam geblokkeerd en kijkt het niet direct uit op het meer. Het beste zijn de warmwaterbronnen, met de sterke geur van zwavel en hete lentebloemen. Hoewel er maar twee zwembaden zijn, één buiten- en één binnenbad, kan het zwembad gereserveerd worden vanwege het kleine aantal mensen.

駅前なので最高の立地です。 一階は広くておしゃれなバル、ビストロ？みたいな感じ。朝食付きにするとここで食べるんでしょうか？朝早くからやってました。 フロントは2階だけどいわゆるホテルのフロント感はまったくなし。スタッフの方は外国籍の方かもしれませんが丁寧で一流のホテルマン感ありました。 部屋はシャワーしかないですがお風呂につかりにきたわけじゃないので問題なし。 充電がコンセントだけでなくUSBとタイプCがあったり、そのすぐ下にスマホ置けるスペースがあったりで、センスが秀逸と感じました。 こういうコンセプト素敵です。 また泊まりたいです。 駐車場はないので近くのパーキングに有料で停めることになります。

This was my second visit to this large onsen hotel, and I noticed that the staff’s English has improved, which we really appreciated. We were especially thankful that they prepared our futons with two layers, thanks to that, we had no trouble sleeping on the tatami this time. Our room was on the 11th floor, but unfortunately, there wasn’t much of a river view unless we stepped out onto the balcony and leaned over to look down. Instead, the view was of an old, closed-down, partially demolished hotel, which was a bit disappointing. Their rooftop onsen offered a beautiful mountain view, which made up for it to some extent. However, there were no bathing amenities such as shampoo and conditioner available there. It seems like they expect guests to experience the onsen on the first and another floor for showering and washing up. Their buffet offered a wide variety of food, but the steak was too tough, the sashimi felt soggy and the tempura wasn’t crispy at all

Neat and clean, quit enough for a good sleep. I forgot Japan's charges are in two leg and they are willing to lend whatever I need.
