"Negative: - staffs English is not good, they still use cellphone translation - response time at reception for a a keycard replacement was slow - you can see that the corners in the rooms and bar are not thorough cleaned and that although it’s a fairly new hotel, it already looks a little run down here and there - in one of two rooms has been smoked before, although it’s a nonsmoking floor - waiter at breakfast argued that the water will cool down when I asked for cold water and he brought hot, instead of bringing cold water when I asked. After further arguing he finally brought a cup of cold water. - hotel cannot issue an invoice or fapiao so you have to go via Ctrip, which is an additional annoying step Positive: - got a WeChat contact who spoke English and was very helpful and asked if I want to change the room with the smoke smell - breakfast is great - elevators are arriving fast - view is great Have not tried the pool or gym."

"Very impressive with the front desk services. Front desk 王盈 is friendly n quick to done our check in. 服务管家小鱼 self introduced herself and providing great services to our 3 nights stay, make sure that we are comfortable during our stays. She is gentle and professional in her task and attentive services. We are attending the Singer Zhou Shen's concert at Hefei, the hotel is so considerate and gives the fans, hand warmer/heat pack, as the weather is getting colder. The daily breakfast also very good, aplenty of dishes to choose from locals and western cruisines. Check out time also has been extended till 4pm by thoughtfulness of 小魚, but we need to catch our train at 1pm....Thank you 小魚. A goodbye gift for us as we leaving. We are having a great time staying in the hotel. The view from our room is fantastic, lake view and part city view. This hotel will be our first choice if we visit Hefei in the future."

"Het schijnt pas in september van dit jaar heropend te zijn na een renovatie. Nadat u de Yungu-kabelbaan vanaf de berg aan de achterkant bent opgeklommen, volgt een korte, lichte trap naar het Beihai Hotel. Ernaast bevindt zich de ”Dream Pen and Flower”. Als u de zonsopgang wilt zien, kunt u naar de Shixin-piek gaan, die ook niet ver weg is. Het hotelpersoneel was erg hartelijk, beleefd en vriendelijk, vooral onze huishoudster, Xinyu. We hadden haar al vóór het inchecken toegevoegd op WeChat en boden haar attente en snelle service tot aan het uitchecken! De inrichting van het hotel kan wedijveren met die van een resorthotel en de kamers beschikken over een capsulekoffiezetapparaat, een beenmassagestoel en een bibliotheek. Tijdens mijn verblijf van drie dagen en twee nachten heb ik genoten van zowel de lunch als het diner in het hotelbuffet. De lunch- en dinerprijzen van het berghotel, respectievelijk 98 en 180 per persoon, waren behoorlijk goed, wat ik behoorlijk indrukwekkend vond! Al met al was het verblijf in het Beihai Hotel absoluut het hoogtepunt van mijn reis naar Huangshan!"

First of all, the hotel's location is excellent, right next to the ticket gate, and across the street from the core temple complex of Jiuhua Mountain. The temples are just steps away, making worshipping Buddha incredibly convenient! There's a direct bus to Huatai right outside the hotel, and the shuttle bus stop is just a minute or two's walk uphill, making it perfect for families with children and elderly members—no walking required. I must commend the hotel front desk staff on the morning of May 4th. When I checked out that morning, I left my jacket with my car keys in my room. I had already boarded the shuttle bus to Huatai, so I immediately called the front desk. The staff promptly went to my room, found my jacket and car keys, and placed them on the next shuttle bus to Huatai. I'm so grateful!!!

The best decision I made on this trip was choosing this B&B! It completely exceeded my expectations; the actual place is even better than the photos. The location is very convenient, offering a quiet escape despite being in a bustling area. Every detail in the room showcases the owner's taste, from the quality of the furniture to the lighting of the bedside lamp, everything felt incredibly comfortable. The bedding was also very carefully chosen; even I, someone who usually has trouble sleeping in new places, slept wonderfully. Plus, the entire B&B is very photogenic; every snap turns out like a magazine shot. The owner (landlady) and the front desk staff were incredibly nice, everyone at the B&B was friendly and welcoming! The breakfast at the B&B was especially delicious, and you can also order lunch and dinner there. They offer noodles and home-cooked dishes, prepared by local aunties, and they're much tastier than what you'd find in outside restaurants – absolutely no regrets. I highly recommend this place to anyone who values quality accommodation!

This is my second time staying at this hotel, purely because of its location. For its spot, the amenities still offer great value for money. However, this time I booked a king room and was given one facing the street. My much-anticipated holiday, a relaxing mountain escape in southern Anhui, was ruined by a night of noise. I understand that the Yellow Mountain entrance/exit sees a lot of traffic, but the reality is I didn't sleep a wink. I'd suggest upgrading the windows on the street-facing side to high-standard, soundproof ones – it would make a real difference. The breakfast selection also seemed a bit limited. Overall though, it's still consistently good and remains one of the top-tier options in this town. These are my honest thoughts, hope they're helpful.

Very satisfied! They even upgraded our room! Everything was perfect, except for the air conditioning being too warm. The service was excellent – very friendly and attentive. The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Huaihai Pedestrian Street. There are several Kawa Coffee shops and Zhanji Taosu within a few steps. It's really easy to get around. Next door to the hotel is Intime Department Store, which had a promotion: 200 off for every 1000 spent. I couldn't resist and ended up buying L'Occitane, Diptyque perfume, and a bunch of other stuff. Left with a haul!

The overall stay was fantastic, especially the front desk and concierge services. The concierge proactively helped with luggage and provided excellent directions. The front desk was very efficient with check-in and check-out, and the staff were gentle and patient, answering all our questions about travel and local attractions with great professionalism. The room was clean and tidy. From arrival to departure, the entire experience was very comfortable and made us feel right at home. We will definitely choose to stay here again next time, highly recommended.

Came to Jiuhua Mountain with my mom to pay respects to the Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha, and we stayed at this hotel for two nights. We had our New Year's Eve dinner here, and they even had someone dedicated to picking us up and dropping us off at the entrance. Every staff member greeted us warmly with ”Happy New Year.” On the first day of the ***** New Year, we prayed, enjoyed the snow, and did some scripture copying – it was a truly fulfilling experience! This hotel is trustworthy and comes highly recommended.

Let's talk about the restaurant first. The food is very delicious and the breakfast is also rich. The service staff are all good. The location is excellent, no doubt, suitable for the elderly and children, not tiring. The hotel environment is really good, but the transportation is really inconvenient. It takes 15 minutes to drive up from the bottom, and the winding mountain road of more than ten kilometers is quite thrilling. The hotel is just above Fengle Lake, with a very wide view and a panoramic view of the lake. However, the hotel should be a bit old, and the furniture is still a little old. Because it is in the mountains, there are sometimes some small insects such as spiders in the room, but don't worry too much. The service of the hotel is average, and it is quite satisfactory. There are some drinks provided on the first day of check-in, which is still good. The breakfast is actually very average, there are not many dishes, a little more than the express hotel, but there are still noodles and wontons.

The room was super satisfied, clean and tidy and very comfortable. The manager and aunt in the store are very kind and friendly, and the cat is also very cute and gentle and will take the initiative to come and post. You can eat in the store. The aunt is very skilled and the food is delicious. The breakfast is not particularly varied but it is very delicious. The aunt can also help cook noodles and small wontons. The overall environment of the store is very good, the garden is very beautiful, and there is its own small vegetable garden. It is also very comfortable to walk in the hotel when you don't want to go out. In short, it is a very satisfying stay experience, and family and friends will highly recommend it.
