Ons verblijf was uitstekend. De locatie is erg dicht bij Guangmingding (Bright Peak) en de faciliteiten zijn goed. Vooral de verwarming was fantastisch; hoewel het in maart nog ijzig koud was op de berg, was het heerlijk warm en gezellig in het hotel. Omdat het rond Internationale Vrouwendag erg druk was, konden we geen aaneengesloten familiekamer boeken. Toen we van kamer wisselden, vergaten we wat kleding. Pas bij het uitchecken herinnerden we ons dit en de medewerkers van de receptie waren ontzettend snel met het oplossen hiervan. Tijdens het wachten raakte mijn kind, dat net een gedicht over de vreemde rotsformaties van de Huangshan reciteerde, in gesprek met een ********* gast en kreeg chocolade aangeboden. Om geen spelbreker te zijn, accepteerden we dit vrolijk. Later realiseerde ik me echter dat wij naar beneden gingen, terwijl hij misschien nog een paar dagen bleef en de energie goed kon gebruiken. Ik voelde me er wat ongemakkelijk over, maar op weg naar beneden kwamen we bergdragers tegen en deelde de chocolade met hen, wat me erg blij maakte. Zo gaven we de vriendelijkheid door! We hebben ook de wolkenzee en de zonsopgang gezien. Het was een zeer plezierige reis.

Ik ben erg blij om deze keer voor Xihai Hotel te kiezen. De service en de hygiënische omgeving van het hotel zijn goed. Het eten in het hotel was geweldig, de drie gerechten die we 's avonds bestelden waren allemaal heerlijk. Het ontbijt is ook behoorlijk uitgebreid. Ze hebben alles wat standaard is in vijfsterrenhotels aan de voet van de berg. In de balkonkamer met internetberoemdheid kunt u genieten van het prachtige uitzicht op Danxia Peak terwijl u op het balkon zit. Deze keer had ik veel geluk en zag ik de zonsondergang. Speciale dank aan de butler Xiao Zhang. Vanaf het moment dat we incheckten, liet hij ons zeer zorgvuldig kennismaken met de eet- en zonsondergangtijden van het hotel, enz., waardoor we ons thuis voelden!

Het schijnt pas in september van dit jaar heropend te zijn na een renovatie. Nadat u de Yungu-kabelbaan vanaf de berg aan de achterkant bent opgeklommen, volgt een korte, lichte trap naar het Beihai Hotel. Ernaast bevindt zich de ”Dream Pen and Flower”. Als u de zonsopgang wilt zien, kunt u naar de Shixin-piek gaan, die ook niet ver weg is. Het hotelpersoneel was erg hartelijk, beleefd en vriendelijk, vooral onze huishoudster, Xinyu. We hadden haar al vóór het inchecken toegevoegd op WeChat en boden haar attente en snelle service tot aan het uitchecken! De inrichting van het hotel kan wedijveren met die van een resorthotel en de kamers beschikken over een capsulekoffiezetapparaat, een beenmassagestoel en een bibliotheek. Tijdens mijn verblijf van drie dagen en twee nachten heb ik genoten van zowel de lunch als het diner in het hotelbuffet. De lunch- en dinerprijzen van het berghotel, respectievelijk 98 en 180 per persoon, waren behoorlijk goed, wat ik behoorlijk indrukwekkend vond! Al met al was het verblijf in het Beihai Hotel absoluut het hoogtepunt van mijn reis naar Huangshan!

Super spacious room. Very clean. Within walking distance from high speed rail station. About 1.5km. Bathtub for a romantic tyrst. A cute AI assistant to open/close curtains, lights and air conditioning. Can even call front desk via AI assistant. Only one small drawback. Breakfast a bit too Chinese style.

Front desk 王盈 is friendly n quick to done our check in. 服务管家小鱼 self introduced herself and providing great services to our 3 nights stay, make sure that we are comfortable during our stays. She is gentle and professional in her task and attentive services. We are attending the Singer Zhou Shen's concert at Hefei, the hotel is so considerate and gives the fans, hand warmer/heat pack, as the weather is getting colder. The daily breakfast also very good, aplenty of dishes to choose from locals and western cruisines. Check out time also has been extended till 4pm by thoughtfulness of 小魚, but we need to catch our train at 1pm....Thank you 小魚. A goodbye gift for us as we leaving. We are having a great time staying in the hotel. The view from our room is fantastic, lake view and part city view. This hotel will be our first choice if we visit Hefei in the future.

I have been to Jiuhuashan for five or six years. I found a treasure hotel this year. I felt the warm service of the front desk lady as soon as I entered the door. The style is also the only one in Jiuhuashan. The room also has a small terrace and arranged for me Jiuhua Street pick-up service. The bartender is also very handsome. It is convenient to go down if you want to drink anything. Afternoon tea is also given to fruit plates and small mousse. Overall, I am very satisfied. I will choose this one when I come to Jiuhuashan next year.

Negative: - staffs English is not good, they still use cellphone translation - response time at reception for a a keycard replacement was slow - you can see that the corners in the rooms and bar are not thorough cleaned and that although it’s a fairly new hotel, it already looks a little run down here and there - in one of two rooms has been smoked before, although it’s a nonsmoking floor - waiter at breakfast argued that the water will cool down when I asked for cold water and he brought hot, instead of bringing cold water when I asked. After further arguing he finally brought a cup of cold water. - hotel cannot issue an invoice or fapiao so you have to go via Ctrip, which is an additional annoying step Positive: - got a WeChat contact who spoke English and was very helpful and asked if I want to change the room with the smoke smell - breakfast is great - elevators are arriving fast - view is great Have not tried the pool or gym.
