The hotel was nice and Tidy as you'd expect from a five star hotel. Breakfast was great and staff helpful. What I found strange was that you had to pay to use the spa (use of sauna etc.) With hefty price tag of €70 PP on Friday. My mattress was knackered springs broken and one side virtually collapsed. The bathroom door was taty with bits peeling off. Admittedly, I couldn't be bothered to complain and get my room changed after unpacking our stuff and noticing the state of mattress late at night. And parking was €18 per night, which I didn't notice of any mention of their website or Trip.com. They charged me for 2 instead 3 when I mentioned the mattress before checking out. To be honest there has to be some level checking the condition of the beds by the supervisor. The pool on the roof was very small, not worth bothering with except if want to sit beside it for suntanning. I didn'tnotice any offer of drinks or food at the pool. I gave service a four star only because we asked for couple of things to the room which didn't happen.

Het campinghotel biedt de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding tijdens mijn reis naar Europa. Maar het is een beetje ver van de stad Florence. Er is een directe bus in de buurt voor 1,7 euro per persoon. Het kaartje moet bij de campingclub worden gekocht. Het duurt ongeveer 20-30 minuten om het centrum van Florence te bereiken. Als je de moeite niet erg vindt en geld wilt besparen, is dit een goede keuze.

Hotel splendido, struttura antica con affacci sulla passeggiata di Viareggio. Camere che rispettano lo stile dell’edificio con il comfort della modernità.
Servizio impeccabile e staff cortese e disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta del cliente. Colazioni stellari, ricche e per ogni gusto ed esigenza. riuscita a mantenere il mio regime alimentare senza dover chiedere indicazioni particolari. Era tutto a disposizione. Piscina circondata dal verde del parco dell’albergo, con bagnino a disposizione e bar per lunch leggeri da consumare direttamente sul posto. Parco tenuto in maniera impeccabile ricco di fiori e piante.
Finalmente ho avverato il mio sogno da bambina di soggiornare in questo fantastico hotel e la realtà ha superato di gran lunga la fantasia. Grazie di questi due giorni meravigliosi.

De hele familie was zeer onder de indruk! Fantastische locatie. De naam Park Hotel is volledig terecht. De bediening en het personeel zijn tactvol en vriendelijk. Ook de keuken van de restaurants maakte een zeer aangename indruk op de hele familie. De service was ook van topniveau. De warme en kalme zee werd aangevuld door een schoon en goed uitgerust strand.

We verbleven 2 nachten op Argentario Camping Village en onze ervaring was helaas erg teleurstellend. De accommodatie waar we verbleven was oud en toe aan onderhoud (de tv werkte niet, de airconditioning werkte niet, de douchedeuren sloten niet volledig en daardoor was er bij elke douche een plas in de badkamer), niet goed schoongemaakt en de service was over het algemeen traag en niet erg vriendelijk, met een gebrek aan professionaliteit. Het vakantiepark ligt op een prachtige locatie, maar was helaas niet voldoende om de tekortkomingen die we aantroffen te compenseren. Ik kom hier zeker niet terug en zou dit vakantiepark aan niemand aanbevelen.

The staff of the reception are very friendly and very friendly, like the room (panoramic and very beautiful). Some small swallows for a 4 stars (we got “swallowed” plates in both dinners and it is not a good view; the care in repairing the rooms was not at the level of the structure (a morning the bed was essentially left to repair). There was “in training” staff, so perhaps to be attributed to this. Excellent pool in the structure. Comfortable electric car charge service (free) although it is insufficient for guests who are now increasingly “electrified” (me In general, a good living with small things to be reviewed to be from 5 stars review. I repeat the maximum availability of the management and staff. Good.

Het landgoed Montebelli strekt zich uit over groene Toscaanse valleien met olijfbomen en wijngaarden. De accommodatie biedt luxueuze kamers, heerlijke maaltijden en wellness- en sportfaciliteiten. Er is gratis parkeergelegenheid.
De kamers zijn verdeeld over twee gebouwen: het moderne Country Hotel waar de receptie is gevestigd, en de gerenoveerde boerderij, waar de kamers in het bijgebouw te vinden zijn.
Montebelli Agriturismo & Country Hotel heeft een groot terrein en een buitenzwembad. Het wellnesscentrum is uitsluitend toegankelijk voor volwassenen en beschikt over een sauna, een Turks bad, een ontspanningsruimte en een verwarmd binnenzwembad met hydromassage.

AAThe hotel is located in a very small town. The hotel itself is good. I got a new room, there was no noise. Very clean, cleaned every day. Of the shortcomings I can note: no shampoo, a poorly working refrigerator and no glasses in the room.
I asked for glasses at the reception, they sent me to the bar, where they gave me plastic glasses.... I took glass ones myself, since I do not drink from plastic.
The hotel and Tirrenia itself are an ideal place to distance yourself from the world. Life in the city freezes at 8-9 o'clock. There is nowhere to go.
A good supermarket and several restaurants are a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The food in none of them was particularly impressive.
The sea is gorgeous. Very clean. The beach is also kept clean.
Pisa is a half-hour bus ride from the hotel. There is nothing to do there, except for visiting the tower, but it is not long - 30 minutes maximum.

GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful – modern but not impersonal – the staff is very friendly and tries to make things right when something goes wrong. Trip.com didn't transmit our booking – the hotel was fully booked! Countless phone calls later, a solution was immediately sought and found – perfect!
The food in the restaurant was excellent – expensive – but absolutely worth the quality! We'll definitely be back.

Restaurant service is efficient and good but not very welcoming. Good food and view from the restaurant terrace!
If I must comment, we felt we were not welcomed once we check out. As we should be entitled to use the pool area after check out until lunch time as we were waiting for time to pass until the flight- as most hotels would graciously allow their guests to. But the manager of the front desk , she decided to charge us 50 euro to use the “spa” who just left their luggage at the office after 30 mins of Check out. It’s just not very gracious and hospitable of them. Remind you it is 380 euro per night at a 4 star middle of no where hotel!

GGuest UserEXCELLENT. I cannot praise this place enough. My wife and I were traveling Central Europe for 2-1/2 weeks then stopped here for 3 days. The property and room were fantastic. It was super nice to cook our own food for a bit. We even used their grill with provided wood to cook some steaks…delicious. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was super nice. In addition we had just a few minutes drive to the beach where we watched the sunset one evening…plus there was only 6 other people on the beech (the first week of May). This place, town and hotel, is quite the gem…a real must stay for a nice relaxing time.

GGuest UserHotel Massimo was a great pleasant surprise both in terms of customer service and hotel quality. First I made a mistake of the reservation date and the hotel staff immediately helped to update the booking without additional charge. Second, when I request for a room change to a quieter area of the hotel, I was attended to promptly with a small charge of 10 euros to upgrade the room. Their breakfast was exceptionally tasty and staff was courteous and kind. One of the best hotel service I received in Italy! Highly recommended!!.

TTSAI YU LINGWe booked the hotel by the recommendation of one good Italian friend that stayed in forte di Marmi for holidays in every Aug so we really like the hotel e especially we can get the good deal since it’s not Aug and the staffs are super friendly and the pool and Jakusi are the highlight of this amazing hotel so my customer even didn’t want to check out today stayed the whole morning before leaving the hotel and told me I should arrange him to stay there 3/4 days before the fair to relax!!
