Up-scale Chinese-style hotel in beautiful grounds by the lake. The rooms in Building A are large and new but with some old-fashioned charm. The building itself has a slightly strange lay-out that somehow lacks warmth or character with most rooms facing inwards overlooking internal fish ponds . Breakfast is decent but no Western options. Not enough hot springs to get away from the crowds, even on a wet Monday.

Big and clean rooms. Good value.
This hotel has no lifts but the reception helped us carry our bags up. So it’s not really a downside.
We booked two rooms, the one with the sofa looks quite grand. The other room with three beds could comfortably fit 4 - two super singe beds and one king bed.
Shower jets were strong and good.
Location is very close to the town centre and we could hear faint music from the bands from our rooms. I suppose because we were there on a Friday night. But the bands stop playing before we went to bed, since it’s after all a small town.
Breakfast was delicious and was cooked on the spot when the guest comes down, with individual servings.
They have a choice of disposable or reusable towels. They equip each room with disposable towels but feel free to ask for reusable (cotton cloth) towels.
Service staff were friendly and very helpful.
Great stay overall.

Perfect service by very kind staffs.
Kids friendly hotel as well with the game corner and spacious kids room.
Can enjoy nice view of the lake and can see the sunset in the hotel or at the hotel beach.
Feed in the restaurant is also nice and staffs are friendly to our kids.

一次非常驚喜的入住體驗，必須認真來寫個好評！整體環境乾淨整潔，裝修風格很大氣，房間面積也很滿意。最值得誇的是地理位置，出門就是景點/商圈，打車吃飯都特別方便。工作人員服務特別周到，從入住到退房都很熱情，甚至還幫忙提了行李，細節感拉滿。床品超級舒服，睡得特別香，下次有機會還會再來住！

It was a pleasant stay for us here as we were welcome with tea and Fruits platter once we checked in. The room was clean, with great entertainment system (projector which allows us to stream movie). The sound system was great and we really enjoyed the our time inside the room sipping tea while watching a movie. The hotel is also near a food street nearby (attached pic). Overall, would recommend!

De kamer is zeer schoon en netjes, met een unieke decoratiestijl en alle soorten meubels en faciliteiten zijn compleet en intact. Vooral het bed is erg comfortabel, waardoor mensen graag lekker willen slapen. Ik heb met de baas afgesproken om de volgende ochtend naar Luya te gaan. De baas nam me vroeg mee naar zijn markeerplek en ik ving vier zeebaarzen om tien uur, wat best veel was. Ik boek de volgende keer een kamer bij hem!

是這次來大理住的性價比最高的酒店。
🏡位置：房子是新裝修的，設施什麼都很新，房間配置齊全還有迷你吧，阿姨每天都會補東西。出門5米就是洱海，在房間打開窗簾就能欣賞洱海，天很藍，風景很好。對面就是金梭島景區，坐船也特別方便，距離聖託里尼很近，步行10分鐘就能到，到文筆村、小普陀等打卡點也很方便，打的車直接到客棧門口。
服務👀：服務周到全面，老闆有求必應，有電梯特別適合我這種懶人，然後房間的注意事項以及周邊該怎麼玩哪的東西最好吃等等都會給你安排的明明白白，衹要跟着走絕不踩坑。還有房間衞生真是沒得説，非常乾淨。
早餐🍜：早餐是真的豐富，味道也是槓槓的，雞蛋、🥣、米線、水果，種類多量足，營養搭配。
來大理的小夥伴們一定要入住他們家，真的很推薦喔！

great experiance .all the staff great us and help with any requst .espically Mack who take care of any request and answered pationally although he couldnt speek english we use translation.
the hotel is 2 min drive by hottel shutle to the scenic area. we got free entrance as hotel guests and we a free sight seeing bus ride in the scenic area.
there are also pools and hot spring area inside the hotel which we enjoyed very much .we also enjoyed meditation class in the morning and singing bowl theraphy class which was bery relaxing and special
dont miss it we have had great time there.

Nice hotel.. but main entrance hard to find. Currently back yard under construction. Hotel is next to the lake and it is comfortable to sit next to the lake at night for a drink. Hotel is also near to old town. There is a singer at night which will stop singing at 10pm but it is comfortable entertainment. Room is nice and comfortable... the owner and staffs are all very friendly and feel welcome during stay. Only issue my friend room air conditioning not functioning and wasn't able to settle same day as too late... poor friend stay on his tatami which he thinks is ok.. overall stay happy stay here.

MMingmingmingmingming～Facilities: The room design has a Greek flair, making it feel very cozy. The in-room lighting and other amenities are smart-controlled.
Cleanliness: The hygiene was quite good.
Environment: The hotel is located in Xiaowan Village, offering beautiful scenery and a quiet location. You can enjoy views of Fuxian Lake from the room.
Service: We arrived by car around 9:30 PM. Unable to find parking, we contacted the hotel, and a staff member warmly greeted us at the entrance. However, due to the New Year's Eve crowds, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to park elsewhere. The hotel promised to cover the parking fee. After checking out, I showed them the parking payment screenshot, and they asked for my QR code for payment. However, from check-out at 10:30 AM until I got home at 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received the reimbursed parking fee.
Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided.
Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee.

JJiangyunshengyaThis is definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! From the beginning of stepping into the lobby, the warm service of the staff makes people feel like a spring breeze, take the initiative to help with luggage and introduce hotel facilities.
The booked lake view room has a great view, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the toiletries are of high quality. The breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, and the taste is great.

--wuti-The room is OK, facing Fuxian Lake, it's beautiful, but the wind is too strong. It belongs to the villa area reconstruction. I didn't notice when booking the room that the balcony faces the mountain, which is a bit depressing. It's too noisy at night next to the corridor door, and the external stairs are made of iron plates. The breakfast is the worst I've seen in the same level of hotel. The staple food is rice noodles, small steamed buns, and one egg per person😓. There is no hot dish. Friends who like to eat pickled garlic and boiled peanuts for breakfast can enjoy it😓.

In January, my feet still feel very cold in this house, and it is uncomfortable to walk! I don't know which era the mattress is from, the quality is poor, and it squeaks when I turn over. The bed is of poor quality, too old, and the pillow is not good. After 2 nights, my neck actually got a rash and it hurts. The sofa cover and the cushions on it are dirty, and they need to be washed and replaced! The kitchen cabinets need to be disinfected, and the leftover food in the house will attract groups of small ants. The towels are too old and need to be replaced. There is no 24-hour hot water, so you need to wait 40 minutes before washing. The sunset view of the lake is good! At 11:25 noon on the 13th, looking in the direction of the Hilton Hotel, I saw a small white passenger plane with my own eyes. The sky was clear and the sun was shining on it. The fuselage of the plane looked very white and bright. After I saw it, I wanted to take a picture with my mobile phone, but it disappeared all of a sudden! It was like a ghost plane, so magical! If it was a passenger plane, there would be many passengers in it! Could it be that the airspace could travel through time and space?

The Mediterranean style is very distinctive, like in Greece, very beautiful.
The place is very small. Many places for taking photos are set up with limited space, which can be said to be fully utilized.
Room:
Santorini round bed room, the room is not very good.
1. The whole room is very short and narrow, and the window opposite the bed is very short and cannot be opened, which feels depressing.
2. The room is not well ventilated. There is only a small window at the back of the room for ventilation. After entering the room, there is an obvious smell of lime mixed with mold (sensitive to smell).
3. The room is divided into one floor and two floors. The first floor is a bathroom, and there is no place to put open boxes. If you put it at the door, it is inconvenient to take things at night because the door is a fully transparent glass door and it blocks the way. It is easy to get wet when taking a shower on the ground, and it is troublesome to carry it up the stairs. Finally, it is placed on the shelf, but it cannot be fully opened.
4. The price of the room in the peak season exceeds that of many five-star hotels in the peak season of scenic spots, but the details and facilities of the room are not as good as those of ordinary regular hotels of 200-300. There is only one hook on the shelf, which is inconvenient to squeeze with the box, and there is no basic thing such as a small mirror. There are many safety hazards, such as the stairs have no handrails and no anti-slip design, so you need to be careful when going up and down the stairs in slippers; the protruding stairs at the toilet have no foam cushioning, which makes it easy to hit your head; the ground is uneven, and water will accumulate locally, and there is a piece of it just in front of the sink; the glass next to the sink will hit your elbow, and the bathroom is not designed to be anti-slip, etc. It is recommended to deal with the uneven edge design.
Some facilities are still OK, such as the toilet is very good, and the same smart toilet lid is installed at home. The TV is Xiaomi.
Other rooms:
1. There is an endless sea view hot spring king bed room on the first floor. The peak season price is more than 1,300, but the room is small and the floor-to-ceiling windows lead directly to the courtyard without privacy. Tourists coming and going can see the room at a glance. It feels very tasteless. If you live in it and draw the curtains, there is no lake view and hot spring, only an ordinary small room; if you don’t draw them, it’s a public place.
2. There are various lake view rooms upstairs, and there are also rooms with terraces. They look beautiful in the pictures, but the prices are too high. They are completely Internet celebrity prices. Consider going to Hilton.
Service: Very good. The room comes with afternoon tea (milk tea + fruit + dessert) and 6 travel photos. The value-added service is very good and included in the room price. The travel photos are really good. There are many travel photos here, and they are very well done.
I have my own milk tea shop, and the lemon tea is delicious.
Location: On the mountain, very close to the foot of the mountain, just walk uphill for a while, very convenient.
