"Next to the beach walk and away from the fireworks.
Crowne had all the things needed. But, stock the bar to fit the menu advertised ;-) Make sure to trek to the art gallery and IOMA. Big Whale bar is on the walkway behind the hotel. Snacks and full bar. About 25-30 minutes from Old Street and 15-29 minutes from the Weizhou Ferry Port (has mall). Fireworks beach maybe 10 minutes away with food stalls."

"I would really recommend this hotel just for the private beach! The public beaches are full of people, but this hotels beach was very calm and pleasant. In the evening we had a meal on the beach.
The view from the room (on the sea side) was stunning.
The buffet breakfast is amazing. Huge variety of choices.
My only complaint would be the bathroom that felt a bit run down. Would need to be refreshed."

"De Blue Bridge heeft een mooi uitzicht, de B&B ligt in een mooie omgeving, er is een zwembad en de butlerservice is ook erg goed.
Er is niet veel commerciële sfeer naast het huis, en alle bewoners zijn locals. De omgeving is rustig en elegant. De zee is op 2 minuten loopafstand. Het is vooral mooi om de zonsopgang te bekijken en 's ochtends foto's te maken. Mijn ouders werden al vroeg wakker, rond 6 uur 's ochtends, om naar een nabijgelegen strand te gaan en foto's te maken van de zonsopgang, die werkelijk prachtig was. De jongeman kon niet opstaan. Het ligt wat verder weg van andere bezienswaardigheden, maar het is wel handig om een elektrische auto of een touringcar te huren. De verwerking van de zeevruchten smaakt ook heerlijk. Ik ging naar Nanwan Street om verse zeevruchten te kopen voor het avondeten, voor slechts 260 dollar. Ik nam de vis mee terug naar het hotel, waar ik 120 dollar administratiekosten betaalde. U hoeft zich geen zorgen te maken dat het hotel de levende vissoorten vervangt door dode exemplaren bij de verwerking ervan. De vissoorten zijn daar namelijk bijzonder goedkoop omdat ze aan zee leven. Mantisgarnalen kosten slechts 35 yuan per pond"

"一開始被接送司機把度假好情緒給破滅了，好在下車時酒店管家們已經守候在下車點的熱心服務又把我的好情緒拉回來了，一直反對我住民宿的家人，這次也竟然默認了這家民宿的漂亮設計和洗漱用品👍早餐下午茶都挺豐富，親子度假可以考慮訂這家，出門對面就是北海銀灘，這次去最舒服的沙灘之一不紮腳😂，其餘沙灘都有點扎腳底"

GGuest UserIt takes about ten minutes to get here from the train station. The hotel is located in Beihai Golden Beach, very close to the sea. The room I booked was spacious and well-laid out. It's very convenient for getting around the area. Dining at the hotel is also easy, with various food options available. The service was very warm and welcoming. The hotel environment is also excellent, a top choice for a relaxing vacation! 😂 All in all, highly recommended. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

GGuest UserWe had such a wonderful stay at this apartment. The moment we stepped inside the apartment, we just felt like going back home. It’s spacious, bright and airy with a little kitchen and a big and beautiful balcony with a fantastic view. The owner/staff is so friendly and helpful. All of our requests will be handled swiftly. The apartment will be cleaned and restocked with all the necessities everyday. We booked for two nights but extended 5 more nights. That tells you how we like the apartment so much. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic, right by Qiaogang Beach. It's super close to Qiaogang Style Street, so every evening we just rented a scooter from right outside the hotel to grab some snacks. The beds were really comfortable too. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beihai.

MM8295****The location is excellent, right across from the beach, making it very convenient for families with children. The room is clean, has a balcony for drying clothes, and is fully equipped. Parking is convenient, and the receptionist, Xiao Jian, is very helpful and introduced nearby tourist attractions. It's great value for money; I'd extend my stay for two more days. Highly recommended!

XxxzxrFor this May Day holiday, I chose the Shangri-La Hotel, and as an established hotel, the service was indeed excellent. Long before our arrival, they assigned Ivy, our butler, to assist us with various arrangements, making our check-in incredibly smooth. The hotel breakfast also has a children's area, though it's a bit small. Throughout our stay, any questions we had were answered promptly, and they even helped us book children's activities and a travel photoshoot.

WWuliuqiqibaStayed at Crowne Plaza Beihai Silver Beach again during the Dragon Boat Festival.
1. The location is excellent, right next to Silver Beach. It's just a few minutes' walk to the sand. The room views are expansive, offering fantastic ocean vistas, making it super convenient for enjoying the beach.
2. The hotel's pool facilities are comprehensive, with clean water and a dedicated children's play area. My kids loved playing in the pool all day long – perfect for families.
3. There was a minor issue during our stay, but the staff responded very quickly after we reported it. The problem was handled properly and efficiently within a short time, which we really appreciated.
Special thanks to these four thoughtful staff members:
First, on June 20th, a tall, sturdy woman with glasses and short hair in the breakfast buffet restaurant was incredibly warm and attentive, offering help proactively and providing meticulous service.
Second, the concierge gentleman who answered the phone around 5:40 PM on June 20th was very quick to resolve our issue, as was the engineering department uncle who came to our room afterward – he was efficient and polite.
Third, the concierge uncle (with a bit of a belly, haha) on May 21st at noon, who proactively helped us with our luggage, carefully organizing it into the trunk. He was attentive and thorough throughout.
Although it's not the newest hotel on Silver Beach, we've gotten used to it and will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Beihai.

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite close to the old town street, with the sea right behind it. I saw people fishing, though I'm not sure if they caught anything. There's a swimming pool at the hotel, but the weather was a bit cool, so I didn't go in. Instead, I sat by the edge watching kids learn to swim. Staying here was very convenient. I bought some dried seafood to take home; the price was reasonable, and fresh seafood would have been too difficult to transport.

DDalanmao1. I woke up in the middle of the night because of the heat; there was a power outage. Power was restored after about ten minutes.
2. I only realized I needed to bring my own toilet paper and tissues when I went to the bathroom. I don't know if the hotel didn't provide them or forgot to.
3. I found two or three clumps of dried glue on the sheets; the staff said it was glue residue.
4. The only good thing about the hotel is its super convenient access to the beach; the beach is right outside the back door. The downside is that the boardwalk leading to the beach is a bit old and in disrepair.

It is not far to take a taxi to Qiaogang Food Street. The room facilities are complete, there is an elevator, and the hotel front desk service attitude is very good.

GGuest UserThis stay at Guanling Mountain Villa in Beihai truly exceeded my expectations! I must give a huge shout-out to Ms. Ziyuan and Ms. Shuwen! They were incredibly kind and considerate, patiently helping me with any issues. Their excellent attitude made me feel very warm and welcome.
I booked a sea-view room, but after seeing the rooms, I decided to upgrade to a sea-view room for an extra cost, and the experience was so much better! The location is absolutely fantastic, nestled between mountains and the sea, with incredibly comfortable scenery. The sea breeze was so relaxing, and the gardens were beautifully maintained. The room facilities were complete and easy to use, and the overall environment was very quiet. I was extremely satisfied with the cleanliness; it was spotless, with attention to detail, making me feel very safe and secure. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The environment, facilities, and service were all top-notch. It was so peaceful and pleasant to stay here. I will definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Beihai. Highly recommended!
